Album is in production

0

Today was a great day. After one year and four months I dropped off the final master CD and album artwork to be pressed. The digital release has been available since June. It has been an educational journey since May of 2007 when I left the corporate world. In that time I would be willing to bet that I have read every book, pdf, blog, you name it, on creating an independent album. What did I learn from all that reading? No one can tell you how to do it. Sure there were some great tips, and some motivational phrases but if you asked anyone who was invloved in this project they would say “We had fun but we were baptized by fire.” It is a great feeling to know that this project will be completed next week and quite honestly I cannot wait to get the newer material recorded.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this project happen. Without your support this would have been a lonely path to take. A special thank you to my friends and family that have supported the music over the years. Debbie & David Crawford, Ron and Melissa Crawford, Jim and Holly Crawford, Joel Crawford, Lesie Turner, Chad Crawford, Sarah Crawford, Matt Glen-Waker, Mark Powell, Tom Kennedy, Bob & Gale Manskey, Roy Pibus (thanks for the 1st guitar), Mike Lightner, Tim Murphey, Greg Devenney, Kenny Jones, Lindsey Knox, Steven Hood, The entire Tipsy Crew, Jon and Sara Topolski, Dave Natenburg, Joe and Sarah Montague, Jeff Bezner, Chris Johnson (MR.
