Stan and lead guitar player Patrick Nyren took home first place in last nights 95.9 The Ranch Stock Show Showdown competition. The prize package included a pair of Justin Boots (Patrick’s first pair), knife from House of Blades, and the latest Sound of Texas CD from 95.9 The Ranch. 281 South pulled in second with Snuff Garrett on their heels.

All three bands will now advance to compete Tuesday, February 3rd at the Fort Worth Stock Show for a chance to play at Larry Joe Taylor’s music festival.
